St. John's Primary School Guidance
Programme offers services to all students with Guidance and Counselling needs.
The service covers five components: Preventive, Interventive, Administrative,
Supportive and Personal Development.
The Guidance and Counselling
Department offers help for successful adjustment to the school and for
appropriation of adequate problem solving methods for the future life of
the students. This programme also seeks to help students develop positive
self esteem which will invariably lead to a change in behaviour and enable them
to achieve in the future.
The Guidance and Counselling
Department will continue to ensure that the facilities which are in place are
effectively utilized for the total development of the individual student to
enable him or her to lead a more fulfilling and productive life.
